Even though I bought my costume online, there's alot wrong with it.
Usually I have to alter my outfits to fit my body type or make my own shoe covers.....but for this outfit, there's alot more to fix up. I have to do a few things - fix the hat so it stands up on it's own; add a ball to the end of my hat for decoration; fix the cape that's too long and REALLY uneven @_@, loosen the skirts width somehow and to also make my wand.
I added a cardboard cone inside, so it can hold the hats shape properly
I will fold the top of the hat better so there's a clean sharp edge to it, then sew a couple stitches
in it so it can stay in the same place and not flop around.
hmm...I think I need a clear paint that will seal the glitter in!!
