I plan to go to Japan next month! I plan to visit Kobe, Sapporo and Tokyo!
I've been there 3x already and because of my last trip to Japan, it actually made me choose my current career in the pastry field.
I will now pursue it more by visiting the pastry scene in Kobe, Sapporo and Tokyo. I plan to visit the restaurant district in Tokyo and to buy new supplies that will help me achieve my goal of owning my own bakery and retail store ^_^
